Primitive Stone Tool Arrows, part 1: Collecting shoots

This is the final remake of part 1. Basicly the same content with a different intro that doesnt draaaaag on. This video covers collecting shoots for arrows with a stone flake. I collect a couple different species, osoberry, current and red osier, but I will narrow it down to the red osier to make the set of arrows. Please keep in mind that I am NOT an expert at archery and make no claims to be. My ultimate goal is to build a totally primitive archery set to eventually take an animal with. This is my journey to complete that goal and y’all are invited along. This will also cover a few different topics because of the nature of this endevour requires some knapped tools and such. Here’s my DIY arrow dip tank. Back in the late 60′s early 70′s I had a couple of Big Dipper tanks. They got lost or given away over the years. About 5 years ago I wanted to dip some more wooden arrows but I didn’t want to wait for shipment of a tube so I went to the home improvement store and bought the parts to make my own homemade arrow dip tank.
